In this project we are planning to make a fur shader. Since we want the calculations to be done on the GPU we are using OpenGL and up until this point. Core-profile OpenGL is a bit tricky to set up so that's what we have been doing so far. We have found lots of help from

Later, of course, these shaders will contain the code for lighting and the fur, and not just various sine waves.
